Main menu

On the Main Menu page, there is an overview of the five parameters measured in the analysis. When no measurements have been taken yet, the screen appears as shown.

Collagen measurement

When measuring collagen, you take two reference measurements on the client’s upper inner arm. These measurements establish the client’s optimal collagen level, depending on their individual factors (age, genetics, etc.). This reference value reflects the collagen level in an area of the skin that has had minimal sun exposure.

Next, you take two actual measurements on the client’s face. This comparison shows the difference between the current collagen level in the face and the level in a protected skin area, offering insights into the client’s treatment potential.

Hydration measurement

The Hydration Probe measures the water-binding capacity of the skin’s outermost layer. Eight measurements are taken: four in the T-zone and four in the U-zone. An average is calculated and displayed on the "Main Menu" results page.

Elasticity measurement

The Elasticity Probe measures the skin’s ability to bounce back when stretched. This is illustrated in the software, and the average of the measurements is displayed on the results page. A low retraction time is desirable and will result in a higher elasticity score.

pH measurement 

is used to evaluate the need for treatments that optimize the skin’s pH, supporting its natural flora, inhibiting bacteria, and promoting overall health.

Skin pH is measured on the forehead or cheekbone. Place the probe to take the measurement, with the software displaying the result as a precise decimal. Skin pH typically ranges between 4 and 6, indicating a healthy, acidic state.

Result page

After performing the five measurements, all results will be displayed, providing a quick, visual overview of the skin’s condition.

Areas where measurements fall outside the normal range will be marked with an orange triangle. It is highly beneficial to show this results page to the client.

Compare over time

The software allows you to compare measurement results over time - an invaluable tool for enhancing customer satisfaction.

This enables clinics to show clients, for example, how their skin has improved after a treatment. Sometimes, clients can see improvements in the data that they might not have observed themselves. This comparement feature can also be used to adjust treatment plans if desired results are not achieved.
